Get a new HDD. I've said this enough times already. Clean out your ps3, replace the thermal paste. If you're having lag in merc quarters, then its definitely your HDD.

You must obtain atleast 150 wp to be awarded skillpoints under the vet status. It should theoretically be not affecting you, judging by your statement as being a new player. Maybe the devs can clarify what defines a 'vet'.

Had the same problem a long while back. Reason why my kdr is so low. Only fixed by installing a spare hdd i had lying around. Just get a cheap 80gb(5.4k rpm), theyre throwaway these days.

If you are constantly freezing in the MQ, i suggest you get a new HDD, as this happened to me before, pretty terrible, and was fixed by a HDD replacement.

Have had it happen to me twice, both when i was shooting at the enemy lav, i became the lav itself. Think it might have to do with their servers/lag.
